Do you sell genuine OEM parts as well as equivalents?

Yes. We offer a wide range of both genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and high-quality equivalent filters. Our equivalent parts are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications, providing a reliable, cost-effective alternative for your machinery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for online orders. Customers with approved trade accounts also have the option to pay via Purchase Order (PO) on 30-day terms.

Shipping & Delivery

How quickly will I receive my order?

We pride ourselves on fast delivery. For in-stock items, orders placed before 3 PM Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is usually 5 days for most of the UK. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

Do you deliver across the entire United Kingdom?

Yes, we deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days.
